Gokhan Seckin worked for Bogazici University as Researcher and has MSC in Chemical Engineering. Later he worked GE Aviation , Sandoz as engineer. He later focused on online technologies and worked for digital advertising technology companies such as Zanox and Engageya as Country Manager. He advised many startups in BUMED Business Angels Network on digital marketing technologies. He is founder of Kimlic which is one of the first blockchain companies in Turkey. Kimlic focuses on solving know-your-customer (KYC) problem of banking and crypto. Gokhan is a believer that blockchain technology is here to stay and industries need to adapt.

Dr. Cigdem Ayozger has extensive experience in the Technology, Media and Communication (TMC), Financial Technology and E-Commerce Markets in Turkey and also in Corporate Law, Competition Law and Data Protection & Privacy Law.
Dr. Ayozger is the founder and the Managing Director of the Law Office, SRP-Legal, in Istanbul Turkey. Before SRP-Legal, she spent over 10 years working for Turkcell Group. She worked as the Chief Legal & Regulation Strategies Officer of Turkcell Superonline for 2 years and prior to this duty, as the Head of Group Regulation Policies of Turkcell Group for 8 years, respectively. Up to today, including her duty in Turkcell, she provided legal consultancy and regulatory strategy consultancy in various matters and became experienced in different types of consulting such as preparation of all kinds of draft regulations, licensing and regulatory compliance.
Under SRP-Legal, Dr. Ayozger has been providing not only legal services in her experience areas of law but also counseling in compliance and regulation strategy, to the sector leaders, local and multinational companies.
Dr. Ayozger obtained her PhD degree in Law on Data Protection and Privacy from Istanbul University and her LL.M. (Master of Law) degree on Competition Law from both her Istanbul University and London School of Economics studies.
Besides, Dr. Ayozger is also a lecturer at Istanbul Technical University on Informatics Law and FinTech Istanbul on FinTech Laws and Regulations.
She is the writer of the Book on Personal Data Protection.
Furthermore, Dr. Ayozger is mentoring at Endeavour Turkey and she is the Member of the Advisory Board of the FinTech Time Magazine.

Servet Gozel is currently Director in KPMG Turkey's Information Risk Management practice. Servet lead teams in rendering of services to major clients in the financial services, telecommunications and other providers of products / services. He has started his career in 2005 after his degree in MIS at Bogazici University, İstanbul. Worked in the Information Risk Management business line at KPMG between 2005 and 2008. Holding a CISA since 2009, worked as the IT governance coordinator in the international financial group CEB, Amsterdam. Servet joined KPMG's IT Advisory practice in the Netherlands, after which he moved back to the IRM in Turkey. He is focused on IT and process audits, data & analytics, service organization assurance, business process improvements, third party services and payment systems. Servet strive for innovation and vision within the governance, risk and compliance domain.

Mahir Cipil obtained B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from Hacettepe University. He also studied his MBA degree at Cornell University and London Business School. Mr. Cipil currently works as Chief Marketing Officer at Ray Sigorta (Vienna Insurance Group) and instructor at İstanbul Bilgi University.
He began his career at Prime Ministry, Undersecretariat of Treasury in 2000 and worked at Directorate General of Insurance and Directorate General of Foreign Economic Affairs. During his career at the Treasury, Mr. Çipil actively involved in management of regulatory operations, strategic planning of insurance legislation, establishment of public-private partnership structures such as DASK and TRAMER. In 2010 Mr. Çipil joined Groupama Sigorta & Emeklilik as Head of Strategy & Project Management and successfully managed change management programme.
Mr. Cipil joined Zurich Sigorta as Project Management Director. After his taking part in a major bancassurance integration and strategic procurement projects, he was also assigned as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Committee Member in 2013. He led projects such as brand positioning, product portfolio optimization, restructuring of customer satisfaction function, and establishment of digital channel strategy. Later on he became responsible for all claims functions as Claims Director in addition to his marketing responsibilities.
Mr. Cipil instructed courses on marketing, digital marketing, project management, risk management and insurance at different universities and institutions. Also, he is author of five books on project management, risk management, and insurance. His recent book is about Turkish way of doing business and managing projects.

Cemil is a blockchain evangelist and entrepreneur. In the last 22 years he was instrumental in building the first corporate web sites, a multiple of online games, 2D and 3D video games, 3D worlds and dozens of marketing campaigns involving digital currencies. For customers like Coca-Cola, Zynga and Facebook he devised global campaigns for spending digital points in online games. He received venture capital in 2008 for his technology start-up for creating a B2C internet currency, from prominent Turkish and Silicon Valley investors including Tim Draper. Currently he is forming a new start-up called Defterhane for putting a local form of distributed SME financing on an Ethereum based blockchain.

Gordon Einstein is a hybrid Crypto-Attorney, Technologist, and Enterprise Strategist. Gordon received his undergraduate degree in Politics in 1991 from Brandeis University in Boston and then received his JD in 1995 from the USC Gould School of Law in Los Angeles. Gordon is also a proud Eagle Scout, having served in Boy Scout Troop 223.
Initially Gordon's law practice centered on startup, venture capital, investment banking, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and general business law. In 2010 Gordon judged that the new field of cloud computing had potential. The group he formed brought to life his vision of the law firm technology platform of the future - AdaptiveSky. AdaptiveSky continues to operate successfully and is a nationally-recognized premier service provider, with its clients primarily located in New York and California. AdaptiveSky has also been awarded Worldox Systems Integrator status (the highest certification level available) by World Software.
As an avid computer and programming hobbyist, in 2012 Gordon was intrigued by Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, and the related technologies. By 2014, he was providing legal services to several individuals and companies operating in this space. And by 2016 the majority of Gordon’s law practice involved working with crypto, blockchain and FinTech startups and funds. This was formalized as CryptoLaw Partners in 2017. Gordon frequently speaks and educates both in the United States and abroad, quite often in Ukraine. Some common themes are issues and developments relating to cryptocurrency, the legal aspects of FinTech, structuring blockchain startups, and AML/KYC compliance.

Today, Fevzi Gungor, the founder and General Manager of ODE.AL, - From 2006 until 2012, which is Turkey's largest telemarketing firms Mobilnet operation took place as the Founder and General Manager. This company achieved close to 500 million USD sales, reaching 2.5 million different customers. Turkey's largest mobile payment company's micro payments in 2008 (www.3pay.co he - Wirecard) was among the founding partners. While it dominates 65% of the market, it left the board of directors of the company that sold Mediterra's Private Equity in early 2013. Apart from these, he took part in many innovative initiatives as a partner.
